Full-Time
We are looking for an AI-native operator who can design systems, build automations, and manage projects end-to-end. This is not a traditional VA role, we need someone who can turn ideas into scalable workflows and improve how the business operates.

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲:
• Design and implement scalable systems
• Build and optimize automations
• Own projects from start to finish
• Identify bottlenecks and create structured solutions
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
• Strong experience with AI tools and automation platforms
• Systems thinker with project ownership mindset
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
