𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: PH-based role for U.S. client

We’re looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented AI Creative Specialist to join a fast-growing U.S.-based company and lead the end-to-end AI creative production process for home décor and lifestyle brands.

This role is ideal for someone who understands prompt engineering, AI image and video generation, creative editing, and performance-driven marketing content. If you have a strong eye for aesthetics, product accuracy, and photorealistic design, we want to hear from you.

𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐘𝐎𝐔’𝐋𝐋 𝐃𝐎:
• Generate photorealistic lifestyle product imagery using AI tools
• Create room scenes, editorial-style compositions, and on-model shots for home décor products
• Animate images into short-form video content using AI video tools
• Write, test, and optimize prompts for scalable creative production
• Produce static and video ad creatives for Meta, Pinterest, Google, and other platforms
• Retouch and enhance AI-generated outputs using Photoshop, Canva, and Lightroom
• Fix AI artifacts including lighting, textures, shadows, proportions, and product inconsistencies
• Ensure all visuals accurately match product references and brand standards
• Deliver multiple creative variations and revisions based on feedback
• Organize and manage digital creative assets through Airtable, Notion, and Google Drive
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams through Slack, Zoom, and email
• Stay updated with the latest AI creative tools, workflows, and trends

𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐖𝐄’𝐑𝐄 𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐅𝐎𝐑:
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in AI-generated product or lifestyle imagery
• Strong experience with Midjourney, Gemini / Nano Banana Pro, Stable Diffusion, or similar tools
• Experience using AI video tools such as Kling, Veo, Runway, or Pika
• Strong prompt engineering and creative problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and/or Lightroom
• Strong understanding of photorealistic product imagery and visual composition
• Experience creating paid social creatives for Meta, Pinterest, Google, and similar platforms
• Excellent English communication and proofreading skills
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple creative projects
