𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞 / 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐙𝐨𝐧𝐞: 40 hrs/week, flexible schedule with some PST hours
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: JLR Consultancy office if within Laguna (must report at least every Friday)

We’re a performance-driven creative team producing high-converting paid ads for direct-response brands.

Our Creative Strategist develops the hooks, angles, and scripts — your role is to bring them to life, elevate them, and fill creative gaps using both editing skill and AI tools.

We’re not just looking for an editor. We’re looking for a creative executor who can think, build, and improve ads fast.

𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐘𝐎𝐔’𝐋𝐋 𝐃𝐎:
• Edit short-form paid ads from structured creative briefs
• Cut UGC, testimonial, and native-style ads for Meta and TikTok
• Generate AI images and visuals using tools like Gemini, ImageFX, or Midjourney
• Create AI b-roll using Kling, Grok, Sora, Veo, or ArcAds to complete missing footage
• Improve hooks and on-screen text using ChatGPT or Claude when needed
• Add captions, text overlays, transitions, and motion graphics
• Select and sync music based on ad tone and strategy
• Upload drafts and implement feedback quickly (usually 1 revision round)
• Organize and label project files in Google Drive

𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐖𝐄’𝐑𝐄 𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐅𝐎𝐑:
• 2+ years of experience editing short-form video content (paid ads preferred)
• Strong experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Hands-on experience with AI image tools (Gemini, ImageFX, Midjourney)
• Experience with AI video or b-roll tools (Kling, Sora, Grok, or similar)
• Strong understanding of direct-response structure (Hook → Body → CTA)
• Ability to add captions, motion graphics, and engaging edits
• Portfolio showing AI-assisted or AI-enhanced creative work
• Reliable setup and ability to work independently in a remote environment

𝐁𝐎𝐍𝐔𝐒 𝐈𝐅 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐇𝐀𝐕𝐄:
• Experience editing Meta or TikTok paid ads
• Basic motion graphics or After Effects skills
• Experience with ElevenLabs or AI voiceovers
• Understanding of performance marketing and what drives conversions
