We’re a fast-moving performance marketing team creating high-converting short-form ads for TikTok and Meta.

We’re looking for a creative, fast, and AI-savvy Video Editor who knows how to make people stop scrolling — and understands what actually drives conversions.

If you can turn ideas, scripts, and references into high-performing ads using both editing skills and AI tools, this role is for you.

𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐘𝐎𝐔’𝐋𝐋 𝐃𝐎:
• Edit short-form video ads (15–60 seconds) for TikTok and Meta
• Create AI-powered video content using tools like Kling, Pika, Sora, HeyGen, Runway, VEO3, or similar
• Recreate and adapt high-performing ad formats (UGC, testimonials, skits, animations)
• Work from creative briefs and deliver on tight deadlines
• Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance results
• Stay updated on viral trends and AI video innovations

𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐖𝐄’𝐑𝐄 𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐅𝐎𝐑:
• Experience editing short-form ads for TikTok and/or Meta
• Hands-on experience with AI video and image tools
• Strong understanding of high-converting ad structure (Hook → Pacing → CTA)
• Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
• Ability to work fast with consistent output and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow briefs
• Clear communicator who asks questions and executes quickly
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment

𝐁𝐎𝐍𝐔𝐒 𝐈𝐅 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐇𝐀𝐕𝐄:
• Experience with UGC-style ads or AI avatar videos
• Knowledge of TikTok Shop, Reels, and Meta ad trends
• Understanding of direct-response marketing and ad psychology
• Experience working with media buyers or performance marketers
