AI Video Editor
𝐖𝐄’𝐑𝐄 𝐇𝐈𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆: 𝐀𝐈 𝐕𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐨 𝐄𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫

𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞 / 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐙𝐨𝐧𝐞: 40 hrs/week, flexible schedule with some EST hours
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: JLR Consultancy office if the candidate is within Laguna (must report at least every Friday)
We’re a performance marketing company in the insurance space, focused on generating and scaling high-quality leads through video ads.
We’re looking for a skilled AI Video Editor who can turn scripts into high-performing, realistic video ads that build trust and drive conversions.
This is a hands-on creative role where you’ll work closely with a creative director and bring concepts to life using AI tools and traditional editing.
𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐘𝐎𝐔’𝐋𝐋 𝐃𝐎:
• Turn scripts into AI-generated video ads using tools like Kling, Seedance, or similar platforms
• Edit AI podcasts, AI UGC, and AI street interview-style ads
• Edit real footage into polished, high-converting ads (cuts, captions, zooms, pacing, etc.)
• Use provided b-roll and additional assets to enhance storytelling
• Follow creative briefs and collaborate through Notion “cards” for revisions and approvals
• Iterate based on feedback until ads are ready for launch
• Produce ads typically ranging from 30 seconds to 2 minutes
𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐖𝐄’𝐑𝐄 𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐅𝐎𝐑:
• Experience in video editing with strong AI video tool knowledge
• Ability to create realistic AI videos that build trust (important in insurance)
• Experience with AI tools such as Kling, Seedance, Runway, or similar
• Strong editing skills for short-form performance ads
• Ability to follow creative briefs and execute quickly and accurately
• Detail-oriented with focus on quality over volume
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Consistent output of at least 1–3 briefs per day depending on complexity
𝐁𝐎𝐍𝐔𝐒 𝐈𝐅 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐇𝐀𝐕𝐄:
• Experience in affiliate marketing or lead generation campaigns
• Background in performance marketing or direct-response ads
• Understanding of what makes insurance or service-based ads convert
• Experience working with UGC-style or AI avatar content
