• Source and identify experts based on client requirements
• Conduct professional outreach through calls and email
• Assess expert backgrounds and relevance to client needs
• Coordinate schedules between clients and experts
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Communicate with professionals and senior executives
• Maintain accurate project and expert records
• Provide timely updates and follow-ups
• Meet individual and team KPIs
• Handle urgent requests and changing priorities

• Bachelor's degree
• Fresh graduates are welcome!
• 0–36 months of relevant experience
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, written and spoken
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent research and information-gathering abilities
• Proactive, resourceful, and organized
• Strong ownership and accountability
• Comfortable with KPIs and deadlines
• Confident speaking with professionals and executives
• Resilient, adaptable, and willing to learn
