Are you an experienced team leader who knows how to motivate people, drive performance, and build high-performing teams?

We're looking for an Associate Manager to lead and develop a team of Associates in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐘𝐎𝐔'𝐋𝐋 𝐁𝐄 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐎𝐍
• Lead and manage at least 5 Associates
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members
• Monitor KPIs and drive team performance
• Manage workloads, priorities, and resources
• Provide performance feedback and improvement plans
• Support hiring and onboarding
• Ensure high-quality client service and research
• Improve team processes and operational efficiency

𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐖𝐄'𝐑𝐄 𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐅𝐎𝐑
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 1+ year of leadership experience in a high-volume, client-facing environment
• Experience directly managing at least 5 junior team members
• Background in sales, recruitment, staffing, BPO, client services, or similar environments
• Proven experience managing KPIs and targets
• Experience with hiring, onboarding, or team development
• Strong English communication, leadership, and coaching skills
• Highly organized, proactive, accountable, and results-driven

𝐁𝐎𝐍𝐔𝐒 𝐈𝐅 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐇𝐀𝐕𝐄 𝐄𝐗𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄 𝐈𝐍
• Expert networks or primary research
• Sales, recruitment, BPO, or client services management
• US-based clients or international teams
• Building teams and processes from the ground up
• Performance coaching and improvement plans

𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐂𝐀𝐍 𝐄𝐗𝐏𝐄𝐂𝐓
• Hybrid work setup in Makati, Philippines
• Night shift supporting a US-based team
• 9:00 AM EST shift start
• 5 days on-site during training and until KPIs are achieved
• 3 days on-site + 2 days remote after training
• Monthly salary + uncapped quarterly performance bonus
