Are you a creative designer who knows how to turn ideas into high-performing marketing assets?

We're looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Creative Designer with experience in email design, digital advertising, and video creatives. If you have a passion for creating conversion-focused visuals that drive engagement and results, we'd love to hear from you.

𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐘𝐎𝐔’𝐋𝐋 𝐁𝐄 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐎𝐍:
• Design high-converting email creatives, including layouts, banners, and visual assets
• Create display ads and static creatives for digital marketing campaigns
• Develop engaging video creatives for Meta, YouTube, and other digital platforms
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to support campaign objectives
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative materials
• Optimize creatives based on campaign performance, testing, and feedback
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and creative best practices

𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐖𝐄’𝐑𝐄 𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐅𝐎𝐑:
• 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, email marketing, or digital creative production
• Strong portfolio showcasing email creatives, display ads, and video content
• Experience designing for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and email marketing platforms
• Understanding of performance marketing and conversion-focused creative strategies
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strategic, proactive, and highly detail-oriented

𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐈𝐆𝐍 𝐓𝐎𝐎𝐋𝐒 𝐖𝐄 𝐄𝐗𝐏𝐄𝐂𝐓 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐓𝐎 𝐊𝐍𝐎𝐖:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Other equivalent creative software

𝐁𝐎𝐍𝐔𝐒 𝐈𝐅 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐇𝐀𝐕𝐄 𝐄𝐗𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄 𝐈𝐍:
• Affiliate marketing or lead generation campaigns
• A/B testing and creative optimization
• Campaigns in Debt Relief, Mortgage, Auto, Home Services, Health Insurance, or Legal industries
