𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲: Full-Time | Remote

We are looking for an experienced Director of Finance with a strong background in M&A, FP&A, and accounting to play a key role in business growth and exit readiness. This is a remote, full-time opportunity ideal for an overseas professional looking for long-term career growth in a high-impact role.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Build and maintain three-statement financial models, budgets, and 13-week cash flow forecasts
- Lead M&A and exit-readiness efforts, including EBITDA bridges, normalization adjustments, and working capital analysis
- Prepare board-level and investor reporting, including accrual-based financial statements and PowerPoint decks
- Define and analyze KPIs, building dashboards for unit economics, LTV/CAC, retention, and margins
- Oversee monthly close and accounting integrity, ensuring audit- and diligence-ready financials

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Proven M&A experience required (FDD, transaction advisory, investment banking, or equivalent)
- CPA certification required
- Minimum 5 years of M&A and FP&A experience
- Strong financial modeling and forward-looking analysis skills
- Full-cycle accounting and bookkeeping experience; QuickBooks familiarity is a strong plus
- Must be full-time and exclusive (no side roles or contracts)
