𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: PH-based role for U.S. client

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented eCommerce Coordinator to help keep product launches, website updates, and eCommerce operations running smoothly.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys coordinating projects, managing workflows, solving operational issues, and making sure everything goes live accurately and on schedule.

𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐘𝐎𝐔’𝐋𝐋 𝐃𝐎:
• Coordinate product launches and eCommerce updates end-to-end
• Manage product uploads, copy, images, and website content updates
• Monitor Airtable, Slack, and project timelines for operational tracking
• Ensure products are complete, accurate, and launch-ready
• Perform QA checks for formatting, links, spelling, and brand consistency
• Coordinate with marketing, copywriting, and design teams
• Track tasks, follow up on deliverables, and resolve operational issues
• Support promotions, banners, and campaign launches
• Help maintain organized digital assets and documentation

𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐖𝐄’𝐑𝐄 𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐅𝐎𝐑:
• 2–4 years of experience in eCommerce, marketing operations, project coordination, or digital operations
• Experience with product upload coordination and eCommerce workflows
• Proficiency in Airtable, Slack, and cloud-based tools
• Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and follow-through
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and dependable mindset

𝐁𝐎𝐍𝐔𝐒 𝐈𝐅 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐇𝐀𝐕𝐄:
• Experience in consumer products or eCommerce brands
• Marketing operations or campaign coordination experience
• Experience managing digital asset repositories
