Weโ€™re looking for an Order Management Lead who can take ownership of the entire order process โ€” from customer order intake to fulfillment, coordination, issue resolution, and operational improvements.

This role is more than processing orders. We need someone who can lead a team, solve problems before they escalate, improve workflows, and help build a smooth and scalable operation.

โ€ข Manage and optimize the end-to-end order management process
โ€ข Handle orders from portals, EDI, email, and other channels
โ€ข Coordinate shipping releases, invoicing, and fulfillment workflows
โ€ข Lead and mentor the Order Management team
โ€ข Ensure KPIs, SLAs, and customer expectations are consistently met
โ€ข Resolve operational issues and implement long-term solutions
โ€ข Collaborate with warehouse and cross-functional teams
โ€ข Create SOPs and improve internal processes
โ€ข Maintain accurate documentation through Front and Airtable
โ€ข Analyze operational data and identify process improvement opportunities

๐๐”๐€๐‹๐ˆ๐…๐ˆ๐‚๐€๐“๐ˆ๐Ž๐๐’:
โ€ข 2โ€“4 years of experience in order management, operations, customer service, or retail/e-commerce operations
โ€ข Strong knowledge of ERP systems, EDI, inventory management, and Excel
โ€ข Experience using Front, Airtable, and operational tools
โ€ข Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
โ€ข Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment
โ€ข Experience with SAP is a plus
