Order Management Lead

We’re looking for an Order Management Lead who can take ownership of the entire order process — from customer order intake to fulfillment, coordination, issue resolution, and operational improvements.
This role is more than processing orders. We need someone who can lead a team, solve problems before they escalate, improve workflows, and help build a smooth and scalable operation.

𝐊𝐄𝐘 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒:
• Manage and optimize the end-to-end order management process
• Handle orders from portals, EDI, email, and other channels
• Coordinate shipping releases, invoicing, and fulfillment workflows
• Lead and mentor the Order Management team
• Ensure KPIs, SLAs, and customer expectations are consistently met
• Resolve operational issues and implement long-term solutions
• Collaborate with warehouse and cross-functional teams
• Create SOPs and improve internal processes
• Maintain accurate documentation through Front and Airtable
• Analyze operational data and identify process improvement opportunities
𝐐𝐔𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒:
• 2–4 years of experience in order management, operations, customer service, or retail/e-commerce operations
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, EDI, inventory management, and Excel
• Experience using Front, Airtable, and operational tools
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment
• Experience with SAP is a plus
