Weโ€™re looking for a highly detail-oriented and proactive Order Management Specialist who can keep operations running smoothly from order intake all the way to fulfillment.

This is a fast-paced, customer-facing operations role where accuracy, speed, and consistency matter every single day. Youโ€™ll be at the center of ensuring orders are processed correctly, issues are resolved quickly, and customers receive seamless service from start to finish.

๐–๐‡๐€๐“ ๐˜๐Ž๐”โ€™๐‹๐‹ ๐ƒ๐Ž:
โ€ข Process daily customer orders from portals, EDI, email, and fax
โ€ข Respond to customer emails and calls with same-day resolution
โ€ข Update, confirm, and modify orders in ERP systems
โ€ข Manage order releases, backorders, and fulfillment coordination
โ€ข Create delivery slips, invoices, and shipping documentation
โ€ข Upload shipping and billing details to customer portals
โ€ข Generate and manage EDI documents (shipping, invoicing, inventory)
โ€ข Maintain accurate records of all actions using Front and Airtable
โ€ข Work closely with warehouse teams for smooth shipment alignment
โ€ข Resolve order issues, payment concerns, and customer inquiries
โ€ข Ensure KPIs and SLAs are consistently met
โ€ข Support daily operational needs and assigned tasks

๐–๐‡๐€๐“ ๐–๐„ ๐€๐‘๐„ ๐‹๐Ž๐Ž๐Š๐ˆ๐๐† ๐…๐Ž๐‘:
โ€ข 2โ€“4 years of experience in order management, data entry, or customer service
โ€ข Strong experience with ERP systems and EDI workflows
โ€ข Excellent MS Excel and MS Office skills
โ€ข Strong written and verbal communication skills
โ€ข Experience using Front, Airtable, Slack, and Zoom
โ€ข Ability to work with U.S. teams in a fast-paced environment
โ€ข Highly organized, detail-focused, and dependable
โ€ข Strong customer service mindset and professionalism
โ€ข Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow long-term

โ€ข Experience with Notion and Airtable workflows
โ€ข Experience working with U.S.-based teams
โ€ข Background in e-commerce or retail operations
