We treat it as a revenue engine.
We are looking for a Pinterest Manager who doesnโt just โmanage contentโ โ but understands how to turn visual search behavior into traffic, and traffic into measurable sales. Someone who can see patterns in pins, keywords, and trends, and translate them into real performance growth.
This role owns Pinterest end-to-end: strategy, SEO, ads, content, and optimization. If it lives on Pinterest, itโs yours to grow, test, scale, and improve.

You are responsible for turning Pinterest into one of the brandโs strongest acquisition channels, both organic and paid.
That means you will:

โข Turn trends, keywords, and visuals into performance-driven campaigns
โข Scale what works and cut what doesnโt fast

โข Build Pinterest SEO strategies based on real search intent
โข Develop and maintain keyword systems and content structures
โข Optimize boards, pins, and descriptions for discoverability
โข Align content with seasonal demand and product cycles
โข Stay ahead of algorithm shifts and platform trends

โข Run full-funnel Pinterest ad campaigns from scratch to scale
โข Manage prospecting, retargeting, and catalog campaigns

โข Optimize for CPA, ROAS, and revenue contribution
โข Work closely with analytics and eCommerce teams for tracking clarity

โข Track CTR, saves, clicks, conversions, and revenue impact
โข Run continuous A/B tests on creative and strategy
โข Identify winning patterns and scale them aggressively

โข 2โ4 years experience in Pinterest marketing (organic + paid)
โข Strong hands-on experience with Pinterest Ads Manager
โข Deep understanding of Pinterest SEO and visual search behavior
โข Proven ability to drive traffic and conversions from Pinterest
โข Experience with Tailwind, Canva, Photoshop, and analytics tools
โข Strong analytical thinking with a performance-first mindset
โข Experience in eCommerce or DTC brands preferred
โข Comfortable working with U.S. teams during Central Time overlap
