Weโre looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Sales Operations Specialist to support a fast-paced B2B sales team through CRM management, reporting, and operational coordination.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and processes to help improve sales efficiency and performance.
๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐โ๐๐ ๐๐:
โข Manage CRM data and ensure accuracy
โข Support sales reporting, dashboards, and forecasting
โข Assist with sales documentation, pricing, and contracts
โข Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams
โข Support order tracking, invoicing, and deal management
โข Help improve workflows and automation processes
โข Assist with customer communication via email and phone

๐๐:
โข 2โ4 years of experience in sales operations or sales support
โข Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
โข Strong skills in reporting, analytics, and Excel
โข Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
โข Strong communication and problem-solving skills
โข Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment

โข SAP Business One or Airtable experience
โข B2B or eCommerce industry background
โข Experience supporting sales teams and dashboards
