Sales Operation Specialist

𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞 / 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐙𝐨𝐧𝐞: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CT (Flexibility required outside working hours as needed; weekend support during tradeshows approximately 6x per year)
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: PH-Based Role for U.S. Client
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Sales Operations Specialist to support a fast-paced B2B sales team through CRM management, reporting, and operational coordination.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and processes to help improve sales efficiency and performance.
𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐘𝐎𝐔’𝐋𝐋 𝐃𝐎:
• Manage CRM data and ensure accuracy
• Support sales reporting, dashboards, and forecasting
• Assist with sales documentation, pricing, and contracts
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams
• Support order tracking, invoicing, and deal management
• Help improve workflows and automation processes
• Assist with customer communication via email and phone
𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐖𝐄’𝐑𝐄 𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐅𝐎𝐑:
• 2–4 years of experience in sales operations or sales support
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
• Strong skills in reporting, analytics, and Excel
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
𝐁𝐎𝐍𝐔𝐒 𝐈𝐅 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐇𝐀𝐕𝐄:
• SAP Business One or Airtable experience
• B2B or eCommerce industry background
• Experience supporting sales teams and dashboards
