Are you an experienced accountant with a strong background in Philippine accounting and U.S. financial reporting?

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support financial reporting for a U.S.-based client. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience working with international teams, we'd love to hear from you.

𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐘𝐎𝐔’𝐋𝐋 𝐁𝐄 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐎𝐍:
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with Philippine tax and labor regulations
• Prepare financial statements, tax filings, and statutory reports
• Support audit preparation and maintain accurate financial records
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes
• Ensure compliance with Philippine regulations and U.S. GAAP

𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐖𝐄’𝐑𝐄 𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐅𝐎𝐑:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 5–7 years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, payroll, and accounting standards
• Experience with U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines

𝐁𝐎𝐍𝐔𝐒 𝐈𝐅 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐇𝐀𝐕𝐄 𝐄𝐗𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄 𝐈𝐍:
• CPA or other accounting certifications
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Supporting U.S.-based companies
• Supervising accounting teams
