Are you an experienced video editor who knows how to create ads that sell?

We're looking for a Senior Creative Editor who combines advanced video editing, direct-response advertising, dropshipping expertise, and AI-powered creative production to create high-performing social media ads.

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

• Create high-converting Meta, TikTok, and social media ads
• Edit UGC and product-focused advertisements
• Develop strong hooks, pattern interrupts, captions, pacing, and sound design
• Recreate, improve, and iterate winning creative concepts
• Generate product scenes, visuals, and variations using AI
• Create localized versions and multiple creative variations
• Analyze creative performance and continuously improve campaigns
• Produce high-quality creatives at scale while meeting deadlines

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of relevant creative/video editing experience
• Strong dropshipping and e-commerce creative experience
• Direct-response advertising experience and understanding
• Advanced short-form and UGC editing skills
• Strong understanding of hooks, retention, and performance creative
• Experience with AI image and video generation/editing
• Fast, creative, resourceful, and highly detail-oriented
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
