Are you a creative and experienced social media professional with a strong visual eye, excellent writing skills, and a passion for social media trends?

We're looking for a Social Media Manager to manage and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest. You’ll work closely with the Senior Social Media Manager and Marketing Team to create engaging content, build our online community, support influencer partnerships, and improve social media performance.

𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐘𝐎𝐔'𝐋𝐋 𝐁𝐄 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐎𝐍

• Create and manage social media content calendars
• Develop engaging, on-brand content for Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest
• Write captions and other social media copy
• Schedule and publish posts and Instagram Stories using tools such as Sprout Social or Later
• Manage comments, mentions, and direct messages while maintaining the brand voice
• Source and manage UGC, including securing content usage permissions
• Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers and creators
• Monitor social media trends, competitors, and platform updates
• Track content performance and provide insights and recommendations
• Develop social media initiatives, campaigns, contests, and engagement strategies
• Collaborate with Marketing, eCommerce, designers, and other team members

𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐖𝐄'𝐑𝐄 𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐅𝐎𝐑

• 3+ years of experience in Social Media Management or a similar role
• Hands-on experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest
• Strong copywriting and communication skills
• Experience with social media scheduling and management tools
• Experience in community management and influencer marketing
• Strong visual sense and attention to detail
• Knowledge of social media analytics and performance reporting
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team

• Experience working with U.S.-based brands or customers
• Background in home décor, interior design, lifestyle, or retail
