Opportunity to grow into a full-time role
We’re looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor to support a U.S.-based cinematography company specializing in FPV drone work, aerial cinematography, real estate video, and social media content.
The ideal candidate can go beyond basic editing and bring strong skills in color grading, motion graphics, FPV stabilization, sound design, pacing, and visual storytelling.
WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON
✔️ Edit residential and commercial real estate videos for horizontal and vertical formats
✔️ Edit FPV one-take videos for businesses, properties, motorsports, and other clients
✔️ Create short-form social media content, promotional videos, educational content, and paid advertising creatives
✔️ Stabilize and refine FPV footage using Gyroflow
✔️ Create seamless hidden cuts, masking, transitions, and speed ramps
✔️ Perform professional color grading of log footage using DaVinci Resolve
✔️ Create motion-tracked text, subtitles, logos, overlays, and visual effects
✔️ Develop aerial maps, property boundaries, location graphics, and satellite map animations
✔️ Produce professional sound design, audio editing, and processing
✔️ Review briefs, apply creative direction, and incorporate feedback efficiently
✔️ Deliver high-quality projects within agreed deadlines
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✔️ Professional experience as a Video Editor, particularly in real estate, FPV, drone, or aerial video
✔️ Experience editing U.S. real estate video content
✔️ Demonstrated experience working with FPV or drone footage
✔️ Strong portfolio showcasing professional editing and post-production
✔️ Advanced video editing and post-production skills
✔️ Professional color grading and color management
✔️ Motion tracking, masking, object isolation, and motion graphics
✔️ Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and visual storytelling
✔️ Professional sound design and audio processing skills
✔️ Strong communication skills and fluent, natural English
✔️ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
✔️ Strong attention to detail and consistent quality
BONUS IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN
✔️ Motorsports, automotive, action, or other fast-paced content
✔️ Short-form social media and advertising content
✔️ Real estate photo editing, HDR blending, flambient editing, or sky replacement
